Bench: 140x 5 5 4 3 3
Deadlift: 235x5x1
Barbell row: 95x5x3
Reverse crunch: 3x12

Fucked up pretty much every lift, even almost fell backwards deadlifting, really bad day and my knees are taking the brunt of it. It'll get better eventually, just gotta take it easy for a few. Got a mohawk to make up for my shitty day, and it seems to be working, as I feel awesome.

These music videos are some of the best I've ever seen. Same guy that made Luv Deluxe produced these. Just great.
